Commercial

Restaurant

The Mango Tree project involved converting an old shop space into an Indian restaurant which included a new front façade. The space is part of a larger Grade II listed building with residential flats above. This lead to very careful consideration and substantial negotiation with planners. The idea was to use the existing qualities of the building and contrast them with modern, clean and contemporary elements. Both the owner and council where very happy with the result.

Warehouse

Large warehouse extension in the middle of an industrial estate where we gained planning permission and prepared a technical design for the client. The design involved maximising storage space while minimising construction costs. One way in which this was achieved, was to value engineer the design of the portal frame structure, to minimise the amount of steel used and therefore the cost.

Nursery

This project involved converting a disused shop into a Day Care nursery. This was a small scale project with an economical budget, the purpose being to create a clean, bright space that could be used in a variety of ways. The nursery is located on a major road and therefore there were specific concerns about vehicle pollution and child health. A ventilation system was specially designed to mitigate the pollution risk and provide protection for the children.

These are just a few examples of the many projects we have completed and we are happy to undertake a range of small to large scale projects. So if you have any questions or just want to know more, please don’t hesitate to get in contact today.
